20g protein powder

2 egg whites

40g raspberry

1 teaspoon Baking powder

15 drops of Aroma Sweetener (sweetener instead of sugar)

30 drops of aroma sweet vanilla

Mix the lean quark with the protein powder, baking powder, aroma sweetener and the aroma sweet vanilla to a smooth mass. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the curd mixture together with the raspberries. Put everything in a prepared baking dish.
