Recipe - Healthy Crunchy Quark

And this is what you need: For the 1st serving

250g low-fat quark

1 pack of chips (strawberry chips), e.g. from Coopi, from the baby department or other fruit chips

10g amaranth, puffed or Qinoa, puffed

5g coconut chips

5g cashew nuts

35 drops of aroma sweet vanilla

15 drops of Sweetener (sweetener instead of sugar)

30 drops of aroma bourbon vanilla

35 drops of blue grape


And so it goes:

Prepare all ingredients and a tall glass.

Put the low-fat quark in a bowl and mix with the aroma sweet vanilla, aroma sweetener (substitute for sugar) and aroma blue grapes.

Put two to three tablespoons of quark in the glass, then the puffed amaranth, then again quark and then the strawberry chips (pay attention to which one you buy, because some have added sugar).
Put the rest of the quark on top.

Cashew nuts and coconut chips can be used as a topping. Of course there are no limits to the ideas and you can change the topping to taste.
